Nepal, China, Taiwan, OH MY!!

I feel like this is the start of a Star Wars movie with the degree of epic statements that this holds.  The journey…..is about to begin……

If you’re wondering where I am headed, take a look at the picture above.  Myself, and a team of mixed artists, are heading into a mystical region in Nepal called The Lost Valley, and our adventure starts April 1^st.  We are trekking into very remote areas that weren’t known on the map until 3 years ago, with the purpose of observing sustainable ancient mountain cultures and their value systems as human beings.

We aim to bring back a representation of our journey in the form of a collaborative art project – a mixture of film, music, photo, paint, script, and this will surface in the form of a documentary, and school/university/community outreach programs.  Basically, my job is to jam with mountain villagers and to share that encounter!  A dream come true!!

After my travels with the team in Nepal, I will be heading to China and Taiwan for 2 months, so I am not sure how much I will be able to update until back in Canada in July.  While I am in Nepal, you can actually follow where we are on the map via the Climb For Change website, and meet the team.  I am so honored to be apart of this expedition, and am bouncing in my seat in anticipation of April 1^st…..
